Tomorrow you’re going to be disciplined, motivated, focused. You’re going to get up early, do the workout, drink more water… You think you’ve sufficiently shamed yourself into being a whole new “better” person.
You make the plan (that’s easy for you). You’re motivated. You know exactly what you’re doing this week.
Then Wednesday happens.
A meeting gets moved. Your kid wakes up sick. You sleep like shit. A task takes three times longer than expected. You miss the workout. You’re too tired to make dinner. Suddenly you’re behind, annoyed, and mentally negotiating with yourself about whether you should just start fresh on Monday, because clearly this week is shot anyway.
Again. You’re really good at starting.
I want to teach you how to keep going.
What if one weird day could just be… one weird day?

For 21 days, we’re going to practice what most productivity systems completely skip: what to do when the original plan stops working.
Because you’re going to miss things.
Your energy is going to change.
Other people are going to need things from you.
Some days you’ll have 90 minutes for the thing you wanted to do. Other days you’ll have 12.
The goal isn’t to somehow eliminate all of that.
It’s to know what the hell to do next.
And because there’s no single “right” way to reset, we’ll sprinkle in some astrology along the way. Your chart can give us clues about what helps you get back into motion, where you tend to get stuck, and what kind of structure actually feels supportive instead of suffocating.
Inside Stop Starting Over, we’ll work on:
Your bare minimums. What does “enough” look like when you don’t have your usual capacity?
Your Plan B. What happens to the workout, project, routine, or goal when the original version isn’t happening?
Your reset. How do you recover from an off day without waiting for Monday, next month, or some imaginary future version of your life?
Your priorities. When everything can’t happen, how do you decide what stays?
Your flexibility. How do you adjust the plan without always making the things that matter to YOU the first things to disappear?
And most importantly, we’re going to practice this shit in real life.
Because I’m willing to bet something will go sideways during these 21 days.
Perfect.
That’s where the experiment gets real.
Here’s how it works.
For 21 days, you’ll join me in a private Telegram group where I’ll send you a short daily productivity drop: coaching, experiments, prompts, tools, voice notes, and tiny actions you can actually use that day.
No course to watch.
No elaborate homework.
No expectation that you perfectly complete 21 consecutive days of a challenge called Stop Starting Over, because the irony would kill me.
Miss a day? Come back the next day.
That’s literally what we’re practicing.
And by Day 21, you’ll have your own Stop Starting Over plan: your bare minimums, your Plan B, your reset strategy, and a way to decide what stays when everything can’t. And it’ll be built around how you actually operate instead of how some productivity expert says you should.

You’ll know what to do when the week goes sideways instead of immediately deciding the whole thing is ruined.
You’ll know how to adjust, reset, and keep moving without turning every disruption into another fresh start.

Your life is probably not going to become dramatically more predictable in the next 21 days.
Good thing your productivity system can become a hell of a lot more flexible.
By the end of the 21 days, you’ll have your own Stop Starting Over plan, including your bare minimums, Plan B, reset strategy, and rules for deciding what stays, what shrinks, and what can wait when everything can’t happen.
